"Awesome experience from beginning to end"
Awesome experience from beginning to end. Ben was super helpful in the store and didn’t pressure me one bit. The two fellas who brought the bed and set it up in the bedroom were really nice; they even took their shoes off every time they entered the house. I’d totally recommend Reading Bedding without a doubt!

"Fantastic journey from initial contact to setup."
What a fantastic journey from the moment I reached out to the store, to picking out my bed and mattress, and then the delivery and installation, plus they even took my old bed and mattress away. The staff were super friendly, really knowledgeable, and not at all pushy; they were just so helpful. The delivery was quick and efficient, and they made sure to recycle my old bed. Overall, the whole experience was a breeze, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my new bed!

"Mattress Delivery Experience"
I've been a loyal customer of Reading Bedding since '86, and their service has consistently been top-notch. This time was no different; it's really refreshing to work with an independent company where the staff genuinely cares about both the customers and the business.

"My thoughts differ from the earlier review."
I see things differently than the earlier review. Ben was super helpful with a specific issue we faced. He offered solid advice without being overbearing. We're really happy with what we bought thanks to Ben's suggestions. The delivery and pickup were a breeze and happened in half the time we were initially told. I would and have already recommended this to my friends.

"First New Bed in Four Decades"
From the moment I stepped into the shop until my bed showed up, the service was top-notch. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and had plenty of time to check out all the options. Keith was super helpful and really paid attention to my needs instead of pushing his own sales agenda like many others do. The delivery crew was also very professional, speedy, and effective. "Gorgeous Beds"
I first bought a Hypnos headboard and base right off the shop floor. Just a day before they were set to arrive, I got a call saying some items had been taken during a break-in at the warehouse. Keith quickly provided a temporary headboard and base. They ordered new ones without any hassle. Keith and Ben kept me in the loop and were super flexible with the delivery schedule. The new beds are fantastic, top-notch quality from Hypnos. Big thanks to Reading Bedding for their service. I definitely recommend them.

"Top-notch service"
From the moment I placed my order to the delivery, the service was outstanding. Keith was super friendly and answered all my queries. My mattresses showed up in no time, and I was updated every step of the way. The delivery crew, a couple of guys, were not only professional but also quite friendly. I was really impressed with how fast they got those heavy Tempur Mattresses upstairs without any hassle. Couldn't be happier!

"Super helpful and quick service"
Reading Bedding has some awesome deals on mattresses. We're totally smitten with our Tempur mattress. We did have to follow up a little about the delivery since the delivery service wouldn't bring our order until they had another drop-off in our area (North East), which meant a long wait. We brought this up with Reading Bedding, and Keith handled it like a champ, getting our mattress to us pretty fast. Big thanks to Keith and the team at Reading Bedding. I'd definitely recommend them.

"Exceptional Service!"
What an awesome experience! I bought two electric beds online from Reading Bedding without ever visiting their showroom. The whole process from placing my order to the delivery was just spot on, with regular updates about when to expect my stuff. On the day I made the order, I got a call letting me know that I had picked a mattress that was a totally different size for one of the beds! Their attention to detail is top-notch. Big thanks to Keith and Ben, you guys are simply the best! I’d totally recommend Reading Bedding, what a fantastic company.

"Awesome support from an amazing crew"
A local osteopath suggested we check out Reading Bedding, and from the moment we set up our first appointment, it was a fantastic experience. Ben took care of us, and we chose the mattress, which was brought over by some really great guys. Sadly, we ended up with a defective mattress, but the team ensured it was collected and swapped out. I’d definitely recommend these folks; I can't find anything to complain about.

"Tried the Tempur mattress for 100 nights..."
I had the Tempur mattress on a 100-night trial. I made the choice to return it and wrap up the trial. It took three weeks for them to pick it up, and then another three weeks to get my refund. This all happened after numerous emails and phone calls to the store. They sure love taking your cash, but they ain't so keen on giving it back.

"Super friendly, helpful, and really know their beds"
I purchased a bed, mattress, and headboard from Reading Bedding, and Keith was super knowledgeable about all the details. He even let me lounge on his beds for a few hours while I read my Kindle. I had to make sure it was right. The delivery crew set up my new bed like pros and were really nice. I've shopped with this local business before, and they've always come through for me.

"Top-notch service all the way"
Dealing with a company that offers that classic kind of service is such a joy, where making sure the customer is happy is the top priority. They really know their stuff and are super helpful, showcasing impressive product expertise. I wholeheartedly recommend Reading Bedding as the go-to spot for anything related to beds. My Vispring divan set arrived right on schedule and was put together perfectly, plus they even took away my old bed. It's a fantastic company to work with.
